An animated farmhouse in the snow, with footprints leading from the forest to the door.

Deep Tales Media

Some cases were never closed.

Real disappearances, disasters and unexplained events, told as animated documentaries. Each story is built from the original reports, and a new one comes out every two days.

Five centuries of cases

From a street in Strasbourg in 1518 to a parked car in Texas in 1996, in the order they happened.

    How each story is made

    From the original sources
Every episode starts with the reports, letters and investigations of the time. They're listed in each video's description, so you can check them yourself.
    Drawn for that story
The animation is made from scratch for each case: its landscape, its costumes, its evidence. No stock footage.
    Facts first, theories second
We separate what's documented from what's been added over the years, and we never name a suspect as guilty when no court did.
    An AI narrator
The voice is AI-generated. The research, the script and the animation are ours.
